The Mark Andy P5" Press Uv Quartz Plate - Clear Quartz Filter is made from top material to give the utmost UV transmission. The quartz plate provides an excellent wall between the substrate and the lamp to isolate the cooling air from the substrate environment without blocking the UV light.

The clear fused replacement plate exceeds OEM standards of UV curing performance. The replacement quartz plates are compatible to the Mark Andy Comco UV system. The clear-fused replacement plate is made using high quality quartz and provides maximum UV transmission. It is cut precisely to provide excellent physical fit. The quartz plate from CureUV features good elasticity, low thermal expansion and good transmission of UV light.  

An important component of the drying system, the replacement lamps work to dry coating and inks in signs and graphics. The lamp resists smudges and the glass plate protects lamps from debris to work as a filter between lamp and the curing system. The quartz plate also prevents dirt, grit and contaminants from building up.
