The Philips 210641 Air/Water Treatment Germicidal UV Light Bulb is an 18 Watts germicidal water treatment UV light bulb that measures 8.66" in length and has ceramic as its base material. The UV light bulb has an average life span of 10,000 hours after which we recommend that you replace the light bulb. The lamp helps in inactivating the DNA of the microorganisms and makes them unfit for reproduction.
The UVC light bulb is compatible with OEM air and water sterilization filters, purifiers, and sanitizers. The lamp has a four pin base on a single end that helps in purifying air and water. The fixture has a high quality lamp life and is low on mercury dosage.
The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above.
