When you contact cureUV.com be assured that we will have the product that you need for your unique application, and the capability instantly to verify the product you need is in stock and available to ship the same day you place your order.
If the product you need is in our inventory, and your order placed by 4pm EST, we can most likely ship it the same day! If not, we will ship it on the next day. Make sure to indicate same day shipping if that is what you need.
For products that ship out of our Satellite Warehouse, be assured they will ship within 2 business days from when you place your order.
In either situation we will make sure you‘re certain of the outcome before your order is completed. (Once again, this can be verified if you call in before 4pm EST.)
Once your product has been shipped we will send your tracking information to the e-mail address provided so you can be advised of the delivery date.
If there is a lead time for the product and it is not readily available the day you place your order there will be an indication of that on the page that the product is located.
Signature tracking is always available on UPS shipments.
All shipping charges are based upon weight and/or dimensional size of shipment using real time UPS shipping calculators + a minimal handling fee. Please refer to our Place Orders page for more information on our policies for ordering and returns.
For International Shipments the duty/taxes are the responsibility of the Customer when using the following UPS methods: Worldwide Expedited, Express or Express Plus.

***Regrettably we will not be able to guarantee any shipment sent without a tracking number, including shipments sent USPS to an Overseas/International location. You must use UPS as your shipping method to make sure that you will get a replacement if your product for some reason fails to reach its destination.
