The Watts - WUV6 UV Light Bulb For Germicidal Water Treatment is a four pin on a single end light bulb that has a lamp length of 17.17 inches. The 21 watts UVC bulb gives you a worry-free performance for an entire year. Made using ceramic as its base material, the T5/T6 shaped lamp bulb has a wavelength range of 254nm. Researchers believe that this wavelength may help in disrupting the DNA of harmful microorganisms.

The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above. The UV lamp starts instantly and makes use of a coil filament that operates hot.
