The High Power LED Ultracure 6 is a compact system designed to quickly cure a wide variety of UV glues or compounds in full production industrial applications.
Conventional curing systems with medium pressure bulbs can be cumbersome and take up a large footprint, also the large amount of IR (heat) created can be detrimental to the process at hand. LED's are paving the way in many industries, circuit board manufacturing, sensitive electronics, pharmaceutical equipment to name a few. Also with vast improvements in recent technology they are becoming much more accessible and affordable.
With the versatility of being used alone or in series the Ultracure 6 can be used for a multitude of tasks, from small 'one off' jobs to full scale production this little unit can handle any task.
With quick hook up connections, on board cooling and status indicators set-up is easy and the overall footprint stays compact.
