The Ultra Dynamics - UDS-12 UV Light Bulb For Germicidal Water Treatment is a 41 watts germicidal replacement bulb that has a length of 33.2 inches. The four pin on a single end base lamp bulb is made using ceramic and has an average lifespan of 10,000 hours. The lamp bulb is compatible with germicidal OEM Water sterilization filters, UV sanitizers and water purifiers.
The lamp also uses UV-C light to extinguish pathogens such as bacteria, virus, protozoa and molds present in water. The fixture has a long lifespan and has low mercury dosage to meet environmental demands.
The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above. The UV lamp starts instantly and makes use of a coil filament that operates hot.
