The Vutek GS2000 Replacement UV Quartz Hot Mirror - IR Blocker is a ground and polished UV grade quartz that is suitable for Vutek GS2000 printers. The hot mirror is compatible with the following part numbers:

The replacement quartz plate has the following dimensions:
- 254mm x 101mm x 2mm
The UV hot mirror exceeds OEM standards of UV curing performance. A hot mirror is a specially designed dichroic filter that protects optical systems by reflecting infra red light back into the light source. By doing so, it allows the passage of visible light.
With the help of the UV hot mirror, you can ensure the reduction of the infrared rays (IR) effect that may have a role to play over the printing clarity. Together with the dichroic reflectors, the hot mirrors helps in improving UV energy and in reducing infra red energy that can cause a likely damage to certain substrates that are heat sensitive.
