The Wedeco/Ideal Horizons - ME-10 Water Treatment Germicidal UV Light Bulb is a four pin on a single end lamp bulb that gives you a worry-free performance for an entire year. The 17.72 inches lamp bulb has ceramic as its base material and a T5 bulb shape. The 22 watts UV bulb has an average lifespan of 10,000 hours after which it is recommended that you replace the lamp bulb.
The germicidal UVC light bulb is best used with air/water sterilization filters, UV sanitizers and air/water purifiers. The replacement lamp bulb has a four pin on a single end base. The high quality fixture has a long lifespan and is low on mercury dosage to meet the demands of the environment.
The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above. The UV lamp starts instantly and makes use of a coil filament that operates hot.
