4 Pin on a Single End - 33 Watt Germicidal Water Treatment Bulb
The Neptune TRI-12 Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a 33 Watt germicidal water treatment bulb that has four pin on a single end. With a total length of 29.09" and an arc length of 25.79", this light bulb is an efficient one at destroying pathogens present in water. The UVC bulb is compatible with the following system models:
- TRI-12
- Triton-12
The light bulb is compatible with germicidal OEM water disinfection filters, UV water purifiers and sanitizers. The lamp is thoroughly tested and must be replaced annually for better efficiency. The UV lamp has a length of 14.06 inches and has a peak output of 253.7 nm. The energy reacts photo-chemically with the genetics of the microorganism and prevents them from reproducing. Studies are of the opinion that the UV water purification has the ability to destroy 99.9% waterborne microorganisms. This process of sterilizing water is a purely physical process and does not alter the pH, taste or chemistry of water. This system protects you from containments such as yeast, cyst, virus, bacteria and protozoa.
