The 41 Watts UVC bulb is compatible with germicidal OEM water disinfection filters, UV sanitizers, and UV water purifiers and can sanitize and kill almost 99.9% waterborne germs such as bacteria, protozoa, yeast and molds. The UVC system emits an ultraviolet wavelength of 253.7 nm that is researched to destroy the DNA of microorganisms, rendering them harmless. The UV-C light bulb gives you 12 months of worry-free operation after which it is recommended to replace the light bulb for efficiency even though it continues to emit light. The UV-C light bulb has a total length of 33.19 inches and the ceramic bulb can last up to 10,000 hours.
