CureUV Curable ProFinish UV Wood Coating

CureUV ProFinish UV Wood Coating is a low viscosity, 100% solids UV coating that exhibits excellent flow and leveling. It also exhibits uniform coverage when applied over a sealed wood surface. It is near zero in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and zero in hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). It can be used as its sealer as it is very sandable and has excellent adhesion when applied over itself. 

CureUV ProFinish UV Wood Coating is a topcoat with the perfect solution for a variety of wood applications. This highly universal coating is designed to provide exceptional protection and durability, while also enhancing the natural beauty of the wood.
Our UV Curable Topcoat can be applied using a variety of methods, including spray, vacuum coat, and mist coat. This makes it an incredibly versatile product that can be used in a wide range of woodworking applications.

This product requires curing with medium pressure. We recommend utilizing the 1100 and 2400 systems for optimal results.

Recommended Usage:
For all interior wood surfaces, commonly used on molding and millwork, doors, siding, floors, and others of the same characteristics.

Our coatings demand specific curing conditions for optimal performance. To achieve the best results, it is essential to use recommended curing wavelengths and intensities. All our products require a wavelength of 365nm and a minimum intensity of 300WPI; please note that they are not LED curable.
