Here at CureUV, our commitment is to offer you the highest quality products in the most efficient and timely manner.However, if you need to return your order, we will gladly issue you a refund, according to the following guidelines:
If you are unsatisfied with the product:
After you have purchased any product from CureUV.com within 5 days of receipt and are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return the product* to us and we will gladly refund to you 100% of its purchase price.** Please inspect the product within 5 days of receipt because after this time period, RMA's cannot be issued. Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds on shipping charges - We may have to charge a restocking fee which is dependent on the condition of the product once received by CureUV.com. Contact us for any additional questions on this policy.
*The 100% money-back guarantee excludes all UV Lamps and Reflectors as well as other products that are within OEM specifications and free of any workmanship defects. Also any products that have been tested upon receiving at our facility and proven to perform up to manufacturing standards, and/or are not in resellable condition. The reason for this is that we are not able to have the power over or make certain that the materials are being used properly. Fortunately, CureUV.com does offer a 100% guarantee against manufacturer defects.
In the occurrence of a manufacturer's defect, the solution will be restricted to a replacement or the purchase price of the product. The buyer will acknowledge waiving any claim against CureUV.com or its manufacturing partners regarding damages that are consequential to person or property, including compensation for loss of use, time, income and/or wages, profit or any other accompanying or resulting damages. In addition, CureUV.com reserves the right to make changes in pricing and specification of products without previous notice or subsequent responsibility.
If your product is defective or we have sent you the wrong product:
Please contact us for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form in order to process a refund to you. Keep in mind our 100% warranty against manufacturer's defect and be assured that thorough evaluation of the item will be conducted. The product must be accompanied by a copy of the RMA, along with any warranty card issued in order to be fairly evaluated and/or refunded to you.
Please allocate approximately 5-7 business days for processing of your returned product once it has been received.
** Returned products are subject to the following conditions:
15% Return fee for items found to be returned in less than new condition or not in original packaging.
25% Return fee for items damaged requiring repair or reconditioning.
Additional fee may be applied for items returned with excessive damage.
Did you order the incorrect part by mistake?
If you need to exchange an incorrect part, please contact us for an RMA number. CureUV.com will gladly send you the replacement product after we have evaluated and processed your returned product (in original packaging). If the replacement is of urgent need prior to receiving and completing the claim evaluation process, you will need to place a new order with us and it will be processed immediately based on availability. If applicable, a credit will be applied in approximately 7-10 days after CureUV.com has received the returned item(s) in the original form within the time frame of 30 days. Please insure all shipments back to us and the cost of return shipping is not covered by CureUV or its affiliates. Important note: CureUV.com cannot guarantee any shipment sent without a tracking number, including shipments sent via US Postal Service to an overseas or International destination. We do strongly suggest UPS as your shipping method. They have a 24-48 hour insurance policy against lost or damaged packages and we can reassure either a refund or replacement.
Any and all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so please contact us prior to returning any product. Returns not indicating an official RMA# may be refused and proper crediting of account could be affected. Cancellation of an order must be done so prior to shipment release. If an authorized order is rejected or not accepted at delivery point, up to a 25% restocking fee and any additional shipping cost will apply.
CureUV.com reserves the right to not provide materials or any UV related products to non-professional or inexperienced, untrained users. Use of UV technology is only recommended for trained individuals utilizing recognized and approved safety practices at all times.
