The VTI Specialty Coated Flat UV Quartz Plate - 228mm X 28mm is a 100% compatible dichroric coated flat UV quartz cold mirror that is completely compatible with dichroic quartz plate with the following dimensions:

The quartz plate is generally place between the lamp and the substrate. The plate does not absorb UV rays but helps in reradiating the rays at a temperature lower than that of the lamp.
