High-Intensity UV LED Curing Conveyor System
Each UV curing conveyor system combines a control unit, a high-intensity UV LED irradiation head, and a Teflon conveyor belt. Forced water cooling dissipates heat efficiently, helping the system run longer and lowering your cost of ownership over its useful life. The standard effective curing area is 900 × 300 mm.
This UV LED conveyor supports external signal input and triggering, making it suitable for automatic or semi-automatic production lines.
The available wavelength options help match the system to the UV material being cured. The LED array starts instantly and cures without excessive heat, helping protect heat-sensitive materials while improving process efficiency.
