CureUV Industrial Belt Conveyor
Constructed with a heavy-duty steel frame and precision conveyor components, the system supports consistent production flow while minimizing vibration and maintaining accurate material positioning. The conveyor integrates easily into automated finishing lines and can operate as a standalone transport unit or as part of a larger manufacturing system.
Available in 24 in (600 mm), 39 in (1000 mm), 51 in (1300 mm), and 54 in (1370 mm) working widths, the CureUV Industrial Belt Conveyor can be configured to match a variety of production layouts and panel sizes.
Continuous Material Transport
The conveyor system uses a flat transport belt supported by guide structures and metal lining to ensure smooth and stable movement of workpieces along the production line. Panels travel at adjustable speeds, allowing the conveyor to synchronize with upstream and downstream equipment such as sanding machines, coating systems, and curing ovens.
The conveyor is driven by an aluminum geared motor combined with optional variable frequency drive (VFD) speed control, allowing operators to precisely adjust conveyor speed to meet different production requirements.
Industrial Construction
The conveyor frame is constructed from 100 × 50 mm high-strength seamless square steel tubing, providing excellent structural rigidity and long-term durability. This heavy-duty structure allows the conveyor to operate continuously in demanding manufacturing environments while maintaining stable material transport.
The design minimizes vibration and ensures consistent product handling, which is essential for maintaining accuracy during automated finishing processes.
Conveyor System Design
The transporting system uses a flat industrial belt supported by wedge guides and metal reinforcement, ensuring smooth panel movement while preventing belt drift during operation.
Selected configurations utilize Swiss Habasit conveyor belts, known for their durability and reliability in industrial manufacturing environments.
The conveyor rollers are designed for stable transport and may include electroplated rollers for enhanced wear resistance depending on the machine configuration.
