CureUV Industrial Brush Machine
The CureUV Industrial Brush Machine is an industrial-grade brushing system designed for automated wood finishing and coating lines. Its primary function is to work coating materials—such as waterborne stains—deeply and evenly into the wood texture, improving surface uniformity and overall finish quality. It is typically installed after a roll coater, where it ensures the coating penetrates the grain structure rather than remaining only on the surface.
Constructed with two brush rolls, the machine delivers consistent and controlled brushing across the full working width, enabling stable, repeatable results in continuous production environments. In addition to wood applications, it is suitable for SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) sheet finishing lines, making it a versatile solution for modern, high-throughput industrial finishing systems.
