CureUV Industrial Brush Machine for Natural Oil Finishing

CureUV Industrial Brush Machine for Natural Oil Finishing is an industrial wood-processing system designed to automatically apply and evenly distribute natural oil finishes across wood panel surfaces while simultaneously working the oil into the wood texture. The machine integrates two coordinated stages, brushing and polishing, which ensure uniform oil penetration, improved surface texture, and a consistent natural matte finish on wooden panels.

Engineered for high-throughput production environments, the system delivers reliable finishing quality, surface consistency, and efficient processing. Rotating brush systems mechanically distribute the oil across the surface and into the wood grain, enhancing both the visual appearance and the protective properties of the finished wood product.

Key Features

Dual Processing System

The machine combines two integrated modules:

1. Brushing Unit

  • Applies natural oil across the panel surface
  • Forces oil penetration into wood textures
  • Ensures consistent distribution across the entire panel width

2. Polishing Unit

  • Smooths excess oil
  • Enhances the final surface finish
  • Produces a consistent natural matte effect

This dual-stage system significantly improves finishing quality compared to manual or single-stage oiling processes.

High Production Capacity

Designed for continuous industrial production lines.

  • Maximum processing speed: 12 m/min (39.4 ft/min)
  • Production capacity: up to 500 m/hour (1,640 ft/hour) depending on panel size and finishing requirements.

Uniform Oil Penetration

The rotating brush technology:

  • Distributes oil evenly across the surface
  • Works the oil into natural wood grain
  • Enhances the tactile texture of the finished product
  • Prevents uneven absorption or surface streaking

Industrial Construction

The machine is designed for long-term industrial operation:

  • Heavy-duty frame structure
  • Continuous conveyor transport system
  • Precision brush assemblies
  • Adjustable working parameters for different materials

Applications

This machine is suitable for finishing textured or decorative wood surfaces requiring natural oil treatment.

Typical applications include:

  • Engineered wood flooring
  • Solid wood flooring
  • Wooden table tops
  • Cabinet door panels
  • Decorative wall panels
  • Interior wooden doors
  • Ceiling panels
  • Furniture panels
  • Architectural wood elements

It is particularly effective for wood products that require a natural matte finish and tactile texture.

Conveyor System

Panels are fed through the machine automatically via a conveyor belt system. This ensures a consistent feed rate, which is critical for achieving a uniform texture across all panels. The controlled transport system maintains stable panel movement throughout the processing cycle.
Working speed: 5–20 m/min (16–65 ft/min).

Brush Unit

The machine includes one or more rotating brush heads designed to distribute and work finishing oils into the wood surface. These brush assemblies can be configured with nylon wire brushes, sisal brushes, or other abrasive brush materials, depending on the required finish and wood species.

Operators can precisely control the rotation speed of the brushing heads and the pressure applied to the wood surface, allowing the system to achieve different finishing effects, from light oil distribution to deeper grain enhancement. This flexibility allows the machine to process various wood species, textures, and coating types while maintaining consistent finishing quality.

Electrical Parts

The electrical cabinet houses the main electrical control components, including terminal blocks, circuit breakers, and protective fuses, which distribute incoming power to the machine while ensuring overload and short-circuit protection.

An emergency stop button, clearly visible and easily accessible on the machine, allows operators to immediately cut power to all motors in case of emergency.

All motors are sourced from leading domestic manufacturers or equivalent international brands, ensuring reliable operation. The frequency inverters used for motor speed control are Schneider Electric units, providing precise speed regulation and stable machine performance.
