Conveyor & Drive System

The conveyor system features a 2 mm thick belt designed to be solvent-resistant and suitable for demanding industrial coating environments. This ensures durability and stable material transport even when working with aggressive coatings or cleaning agents.

The drive system utilizes an aluminum geared motor engineered for consistent torque and reliable continuous operation in production settings.

Speed control can be configured with an optional variable frequency drive (VFD), allowing operators to precisely adjust conveyor speed and synchronize the coater with upstream and downstream finishing equipment for optimal production flow.

Application Unit

The application unit is engineered for precise and uniform coating distribution. It consists of a protective cover, two rubber application rolls, and two doctor rolls that work together to ensure controlled material transfer and even coating thickness across the substrate surface.

Vertical positioning of the application unit is powered by a 0.37 kW motor with a geared reducer. The assembly moves smoothly along dovetail guide rails, ensuring stability and alignment during operation. A built-in height counter enables accurate positioning and repeatable setup for consistent coating results across production runs.

Electrical Components & Control System
