Ground polished, flat UV quartz plate : 310mm x 264mm 

The quartz plate is placed between the substrate and the lamp. The plate does not absorb the UV rays but helps in reradiating the rays at a temperature lower than the lamp. The plate prevents debris, contaminants and dirt from building up in the filter and must be cleaned periodically. The quartz plate is subjected to strict quality control measures and is a generic OEM replacement. Compared to a normal glass plate, a quartz plate in UV curing lamp withstands high temperatures and helps in drying graphic coatings and ink.
