The UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator is a wireless UV dose measurement system designed for monitoring UV curing processes, including applications where UV intensity or dose needs to be measured in hard-to-reach areas.
Its compact wireless sensor units can be positioned directly at the desired measurement location. During the curing process, the sensor accumulates the received UV radiation. After measurement, the sensor is connected to the handheld integrator, which displays the accumulated UV dose in mJ/cm².
The system supports up to eight wireless sensor units and offers multiple spectral ranges, allowing the appropriate sensor to be selected based on the UV source and application.

System Configuration
The UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator consists of a handheld integrator and wireless sensor units. One handheld unit can be used with up to eight sensor units, allowing measurements across different locations or spectral ranges.
Sensor units are available separately and can be selected according to the specific UV source and application requirements.
Important
The UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator base unit does not include a sensor. Compatible sensor units are available separately.
For applications requiring a specific spectral range, select the appropriate sensor unit for the UV source being measured.
Why Use the UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator?
Accurate UV dose measurement is essential for monitoring and maintaining consistent UV curing processes. The wireless, compact design of the Micro Puck sensors makes it possible to measure UV exposure in locations where conventional measuring instruments may be difficult to position.
With support for multiple sensor types and up to eight sensor units, the UV Micro Puck Multi Integrator provides a flexible solution for UV curing process monitoring across a wide range of industrial applications.
