Its full aluminum vacuum suction table keeps materials firmly fixed during printing, reducing vibration and improving consistency on rigid substrates, while the anti-corrosion and anti-scratch surface is designed for continuous industrial use. The extended ink system includes CMYK + Light Cyan + Light Magenta + White + Varnish, delivering smoother gradients, sharper image quality, white ink printing on dark materials, and premium gloss or textured finishes. Dual UV LED lamps with independent power control improve curing management for color, white ink, and varnish layers, especially on heat-sensitive materials like film, stickers, and flexible substrates. For cylindrical applications, the optional rotary attachment supports mugs, tumblers, bottles, and tapered containers, making the Nano 7 a versatile solution for both flatbed and rotary UV printing.
