Opsytec Radiometer RMD Touch

Opsytec Radiometer RMD Touch

SKU:512218-UVA

Sensor type

The Opsytec RMD Touch Laboratory Radiometer is a high-precision digital UV measuring instrument designed for accurate irradiance and dose measurements in laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. Developed with over 40 years of UV measurement expertise, it offers advanced touch control, multi-sensor capability, and unmatched stability for a wide range of UV, LED, and photobiological applications.

The RMD Touch integrates modern technologies such as a capacitive touchscreen, 24-bit precision ADCs, extensive data storage, and remote firmware updates. It supports simultaneous measurement of multiple sensors for irradiance and dose, making it one of the most powerful multichannel radiometers available today.

Each sensor channel includes a high-precision 24-bit ADC with multi-stage amplification, achieving a dynamic range of up to seven orders of magnitude. Measurements across all channels occur simultaneously, while calibration and sensor data are permanently stored and automatically transferred to the device.

Its sensors are durable, long-term stable, and suitable for a wide variety of applications. They can be connected not only to the RMD Touch but also to the mobile radiometers RMD and RMD Pro.

Applications

  • UV radiometry
  • Low-light detection
  • LED measurements
  • Germicidal UVC and disinfection (UVGI)
  • Optical hazard analysis
  • Lifetime and stability testing
  • Plant photobiology
  • Phototherapy
  • UV curing and exposure control
