The iSR900 is an autonomous, high-resolution industrial spectroradiometer engineered for fast and precise measurements across the UV range, visible spectrum, and IR. Its optical system is built around an array spectrometer with no moving parts and a 2048-pixel silicon detector, delivering a spectral resolution of 0.44 nm for stable and repeatable measurements in production environments, labs, and automated setups.
Factory-calibrated and traceable to PTB, the iSR900 also offers optional DAkkS testing in an accredited laboratory for applications requiring certified metrology. Its low-scatter optical design ensures high sensitivity in the UV range, supporting accurate irradiance and illuminance evaluation. Control and data processing occur directly inside the device, requiring only a USB or RS485/RS232 interface for external communication.
The iSR900 is designed to operate with an SMA-905 quartz light guide and compatible radiometric measuring heads for irradiance and illuminance measurements. With both trigger input and output, it integrates seamlessly into automated test stations and industrial process control.
Included & Required Components
This unit requires an SMA-905 quartz light guide and compatible radiometric measuring heads when measuring irradiance or illuminance. It can be paired with a wide range of optional accessories, including custom extensions for specific applications. Connectivity and control operate through USB, RS485, or RS232 outputs, and all processing is handled internally by the device.
Applications
- Spectroradiometry (UV–VIS–IR)
- Online process control and quality control
- Testing of light sources including lamps and LEDs
- Inspection of optical materials (e.g., light conductors)
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis in chemistry, pharmacy, and biology
