Opsytec Shuttered Medium-Pressure UV Curing Chamber BSM-03
The Opsytec BSM-03 UV Curing Chamber is an advanced large-area UV processing system engineered for high-precision UV curing, bonding, coating, and surface treatment applications. Designed for industrial, laboratory, and research environments, the BSM-03 combines high irradiance performance, intelligent dosage control, and operator-safe chamber architecture to deliver fast, repeatable, and highly controlled UV exposure processes.
Equipped with a powerful 2 kW medium-pressure UV lamp system and integrated UV-MAT irradiation control technology, the BSM-03 automatically regulates UV exposure based on the programmed dosage rather than exposure time alone. This ensures highly consistent curing performance independent of lamp aging, irradiance drift, or process fluctuations.
With irradiance levels up to 150 mW/cm², most curing applications can be completed within seconds while maintaining exceptional repeatability and process reliability.
Intelligent UV Dose Control
Unlike conventional UV chambers that only regulate exposure time and lamp intensity, the BSM-03 continuously monitors actual UV output using the integrated UV-MAT irradiation controller and broadband UV sensor system.
The chamber automatically terminates exposure once the programmed UV dosage has been achieved, ensuring:
- Repeatable curing performance
- Process consistency independent of lamp condition
- Reduced operator variability
- Improved production validation
- Accurate UV exposure control for sensitive applications
This closed-loop dosage control system makes the BSM-03 especially suitable for high-precision industrial and laboratory curing processes.
High-Performance UV Processing
The BSM-03 delivers high-intensity UV exposure with uniform irradiation distribution across the working area, allowing flexible sample positioning and reliable curing performance throughout the chamber.
