Tri-Grip® MD JR Reusable Earplugs provide reliable hearing protection in environments where metal detectability and a smaller earplug size are required. Designed for food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and other controlled industrial settings, these earplugs combine the trusted Tri-Grip design with metal-detectable features and an improved fit for users with smaller ear canals.

Tri-Grip® MD JR is based on the popular Tri-Grip platform, enhanced with industry-standard metal detectability and sized 10% smaller than the standard model. Each earplug contains a metal insert and is paired with a metal-detectable cord to support contamination control programs. Independently tested to a 27 NRR, Tri-Grip MD JR delivers the highest third-party tested rating available for reusable earplugs. The patented three-sided stem allows hygienic insertion without rolling, while soft, curved flanges conform naturally to the ear canal for extended comfort. Each unit is supplied as a pack of 10 earplugs. All Tri-Grip® MD JR earplugs are Made in the USA.
