CureUV Curable Stain for Wood

CureUV Curable Stain for Wood is a high-quality, versatile solution for staining wood surfaces while providing superior protection against fading and discoloration. This Polyester Acrylate UV curable wood coating has zero volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and zero hazardous air pollutants (HAPs).

Its low viscosity, 100% solids UV curable coating is specially formulated to penetrate deeply into the wood surface, bringing out its natural beauty with exceptional clarity. It exhibits excellent flow and leveling.

CureUV Curable Stain can be applied using two different methods, either Rollcoat or Spray. The stained surfaces exhibit excellent adhesion to most wood species, and inter-coat adhesion with CureUV curable sealers and topcoats is also outstanding.

Our coatings demand specific curing conditions for optimal performance. To achieve the best results, it is essential to use recommended curing wavelengths and intensities. All our products require a wavelength of 365nm and a minimum intensity of 300WPI; please note that they are not LED curable.
