CureUV Curable Coating for Multiple Surfaces

The CureUV Curable Coating is a UV Topcoat ideal for Wood Surfaces.
Developed with UV technology, this coating allows the user to enhance their finishing process by reducing drying times and improving efficiency. It provides a safer alternative to traditional wood coatings, delivering high-quality, durable, and cost-effective results.

Approximate coverage: 400 sq. ft. per gallon at an application thickness of 4 wet mils.

This product requires curing with a medium pressure mercury UV System producing at least 500 mW/cm2 of intensity. We recommend utilizing our Total-Cure1100s or the Total-Cure 2400 or a medium pressure mercury UV Curing Conveyor for optimal results.

Our coatings demand specific curing conditions for optimal performance. To achieve the best results, it is essential to use recommended curing wavelengths and intensities. All our products require a wavelength of 365nm and a minimum intensity of 300WPI; please note that they are not LED curable.
