The CureUV Dual Wavelength Purgeable UV Curing Box is engineered for precision curing across a wide range of UV-sensitive applications. This system is available in two curing area configurations: 300 × 300 mm or 400 × 400 mm, giving you the flexibility to match your production needs.
It supports over 20 possible dual-wavelength combinations from 255nm, 365nm, 385nm, 395nm, and 405nm. You can operate the system at a single wavelength or run dual wavelengths simultaneously (e.g., 255&405, 365&385, 395&395), ensuring optimized curing for UV glues, inks, varnishes, paints, and other light-sensitive materials.
This curing system requires no warm-up time and maintains a cool light source, making it ideal for curing heat-sensitive substrates while improving efficiency and reducing production costs.
The nitrogen purgeable chamber displaces oxygen within the sealed cavity, providing superior curing results without exposing operators to nitrogen. A cold light source protects heat-sensitive substrates, while forced-air cooling allows for continuous, stable operation.
