CureUV FlameGuard UV Curable Sealer is a specially formulated, flame-retardant UV curable sealer designed for architectural applications on wood surfaces. This sealer offers excellent protection against fire hazards while providing a durable finish that enhances the natural beauty of the wood.
The application method for CureUV FlameGuard UV Curable Sealer is rollcoat, which allows for easy and efficient application on large wood surfaces. Its unique formulation allows for quick curing times and excellent adhesion, ensuring a long-lasting protective layer that resists moisture, stains, and wear.
This product requires curing with medium pressure. We recommend utilizing the 1100 and 2400 systems for optimal results.

Our coatings demand specific curing conditions for optimal performance. To achieve the best results, it is essential to use recommended curing wavelengths and intensities. All our products require a wavelength of 365nm and a minimum intensity of 300WPI; please note that they are not LED curable.
