The process of UV curing enables high-intensity UV rays to instantly dry or cure inks and coatings in the printer. The method uses light instead of heat and the ink hardens instantly. The curing ink uses UV rays, which is a better alternative to traditional-solvent based products. With conventional drying method, solvents are evaporated and there is always a risk of environmental pollution. In the UV curing method there is no risk of pollution. This method results in better productivity, higher printing quality and lower production costs.
