The Total-Cure 1100S handheld UV curing system is without a doubt the most powerful and versatile UV curing system in its class.

This portable and rugged UV system has a maximum output of over 1100 watts. Its curing width of 3" and uniform ultraviolet exposure make working on wood, glue, epoxies, and other coatings a joy.

Designed to be user-friendly, the Total-Cure1100S works perfectly on any UV curing application (see the typical applications below). It even switches to low power when placed in its standby nest to lower your power consumption. Unlike our more powerful UV systems, the 1100S is the most powerful system that will plug right into a standard 120-volt wall outlet so no need to call an electrician to set up your workplace!

The compact package allows the system to be permanently mounted in a fixed location for the sake of automation or to be used as a portable system and transported for on-site UV applications. The system is designed with safety and heat in mind so unlike systems of similar power, the smart nest prevents the handheld irradiator from creating unnecessary risks in between passes.

Smart Nest: Whenever you are not using the convenient handheld wand, simply place it in the nest and it automatically goes into standby mode. This not only lowers your power consumption but extends bulb life and reduces any safety concerns.
Uniform power delivery: All Total-Cure systems are thoroughly tested for uniform power delivery. Medium pressure bulbs are susceptible to strong points and weak points, our design minimizes variance throughout the curing area.
120V/60Hz plug-and-play: Unlike more powerful systems such as our Total-Cure 2400 that require a special 220V connection, this system plugs right into a standard wall outlets in the US which allows for a convenient setup but also gives you the power to take it on-site and get the job done without needing to bring in an electrician.

Wavelength

Depending on your application, you may need lights of different wavelengths to initiate the UV photoreactors. For this reason, we offer doped lamps with a number of elements. If the technical data sheet of the ink, glue, or coatings you are using do not specify a wavelength, it is likely that you need the standard mercury lamp.

A note on spare bulbs:

It is always a good idea to have a spare bulb with any curing system in case of breakage or natural degradation. Having one can save you from stopping production while we ship you a new replacement bulb. For this reason, we are offering 50% off a replacement bulb when you initially purchase your system.
