The Delle Vedove Part # 952D011000 UV Curing Lamp/Reflector Kit are completely compatible to the Della Vedove UV systems. The lamp bulb and reflector exceeds OEM standards of UV curing bulb performance. The printer lamp bulb helps in drying inks in graphics and signs. CureUV provides UV lamps for printers that use different arc lengths and spectral fills. The UV lamp also consists of a quartz plate that works as filler between the system and the lamp. The plate prevents grit, dirt and contaminants from building up on the lamp.
The main function of the reflectors is that it reflects visible light and allows infrared radiation to pass. The illuminated object is heated less as the infrared radiation of the light beam is reduced. It is recommended that you replace the curing lamp and the reflector together for better working of your UV system.
