CureUV Industrial Polishing Machine

This machine is commonly used after lacquer or oil coatings have been applied to wood panels. The rotating polishing brushes refine the coating surface by removing dust particles, raised wood fibers, and minor surface irregularities, allowing manufacturers to achieve the smooth, high-quality finishes required for premium wood products.

Polishing Process

The polishing system works by passing coated panels through rotating brush heads that gently refine the surface finish. As the workpiece travels through the machine on a controlled conveyor system, the polishing brushes smooth the coating layer while removing minor surface imperfections.

Polishing heads are equipped with specialized abrasive brushes such as nylon wire brushes or natural sisal brushes, depending on the required surface finish and coating type. To prevent visible polishing patterns or surface marks, the polishing heads often oscillate slightly during operation, ensuring a uniform finish across the entire workpiece.
