The CureUV Industrial Vacuum Coater is a high-efficiency solution for applying UV lacquer and waterborne primer to strip-shaped workpieces, such as wood moldings, door frames, and furniture components.

Utilizing a high-power diaphragm pump, the system ensures a stable paint flow, while a high-power vacuum pump atomizes the coating material for a smooth and even application. Designed for precision and efficiency, this machine enhances coating uniformity, reduces waste, and improves production speed.

Built for industrial use, the entire coating process occurs within a vacuum box, allowing for 100% paint recycling and minimal material waste. The machine offers adjustable vacuum pressure and coating thickness to accommodate various application requirements. An open vacuum pipeline design ensures easy paint replacement and cleaning during continuous operation. For enhanced efficiency, an optional double vacuum application system is available.

Safety Precautions:

• Ensure the external access voltage matches the required 380V 50Hz, three-phase with a ground connection.
• Since the coating materials are flammable, fire safety measures must be strictly followed.
• Avoid direct exposure to the spout and pump outlet during operation to prevent coating or solvent contact with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water.
• Maintain a stable gas supply pressure of 6 kg (0.6MPa) for optimal performance.
• The vacuum coating channel and paint supply system are separate—clean the mechanical surfaces after use to prevent contamination.
• Keep the gas supply and exhaust areas clean and unobstructed to minimize pollutants and maintain coating quality.
