The RB-1610 also provides customizable programming allowing you to print on curved or irregularly shaped materials with a variety of finishes. This UV Flatbed Printer combines full color printing with high-end black and grey (CMYK*2+W*2) to reach the highest printing quality while keeping costs as low as possible.
Built for fast printing, this optimized system utilizes a vacuum suction table for printing onto soft materials and direct-to-film printing also allowing it to adapt to curved and irregularly-shaped products without needing tape.
Precise Motion with Hiwin Linear Guide Rails
The RB-1610 UV Flatbed Printer has a total of 7 premium Hiwin linear guide rails to ensure that printing movement is stable and precise. The system has a 35mm thick rail on the X-axis, 2 on the Y-axis and 4 on the Z-axis.
This guide system brings better stability in printing and improves accuracy while ensuring a long machine lifespan.

Aluminum Vacuum Suction Table
This RB-1610 is equipped with a thick aluminum suction table for printing on both soft materials and substrates like acrylic. With more than 20 support screws, the table can be adjusted to the ideal level. The surface of the table is specially treated to be scratch-proof.
Anti-Static Carriage
The RB-1610 carriage contains an anti-static device which when turned on, will get rid of the static generated between the heads and the table, effectively avoiding ink droplets from blurring the print.
Rotary Device for Mugs and Bottles
The RB-1610 supports two kinds of rotary devices, one for bottles only, and the other for mugs and bottles alike. Both devices are made of aluminum and equipped with an independent motor to ensure printing precision.
Bulk Ink System
The RB-1610 is equipped with a Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) with a volume of 750ml. This makes it suitable for long periods of printing for even the busiest shops. The low ink level alert ensures that none of your projects will be ruined by an ink shortage. Finally, the system also has a constant-on white ink stirring device that prevents the titanium oxide from settling and the ink from separating.
Industrial Y and Z-Axis Ball Screws
This flatbed printer has 2 ball screws on the Y axis to stabilize forward-backward movement and ensure smooth travel. It also utilizes 2 balls screws on the Z axis to support a 25 cm print height.
Igus Cable Carrier
Every detail of the RB-1610 UV printer has been optimized through meticulous engineering. This comes down to even the cable management system. The German-made Igus cable-track system ensures that the cables and ink supply lines can move with the utmost precision no matter the speed of the print.
