The Siemens SB-10 Replacement UVC Light Bulb is 100% equivalent to Siemens germicidal water treatment lamp with model number SB-10. The UVC Sterilization light bulb offers you healthy water by eliminating micro-organisms, bacteria, virus, yeast and other pathogens from water. Germicidal UV-C lamps help in deactivating the DNA of microorganisms and vanquish their ability to multiply and cause harmful bacteria and microorganisms. UV light with the wavelength of 253.7 nm destroys the pathogens in water. Pathogens such as giardia and cryptosporidium can be effectively destroyed with this method of purification.
