The Ster-L-Ray G36T5L/2PDiag/SE Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a 2 Pin Diagonal - Single ended 40 Watt Germicidal Water Treatment Bulb. The lamp bulb is compatible with germicidal OEM Water sterilization filters, UV sterilizers and water purifiers.
The lamp also uses UV-C light to extinguish pathogens such as bacteria, virus, protozoa and molds present in water. The fixture has a long lifespan and has low mercury dosage to meet environmental demands.
The germicidal water treatment bulb comes with a shatterproof coating that protects the lamp during damage. The coating also keeps the lamp glass from falling into the unit. This results in easy disposal of glass if it shatters and renders it easy to operate the system. All you will need to do is to select the option above. The UV lamp starts instantly and makes use of a coil filament that operates hot.
