The Nano 9 A1 6090 is a UV flatbed printer with a standard A1 printing size and 4 print heads options, high printing speed and quality, suitable for printing on soft materials, metal, wood, PVC, plastic, glass, and more this printer provides customization for curved and irregularly-shaped products and finishing. Combining precise full color printing, high end black and greys this UV printer ensures cost-effective optimized results.
Built for fast printing with CMYK*2+W*2, this optimized system supports a vacuum suction table for printing soft materials and direct-to-film printing and transferring to any materials, allowing it to adapt to curved and irregularly-shaped products without needing tape.
Intuitive Control Panel
The user interface in the front-facing control panel is designed to give you quick control of nearly every facet of your printing operations at your fingertips. From basic functions to more complex programming, the days of needing a computer to interface with the printer operations are long gone.
UV LED Control
The Nano 9 gives you full control of the power of the 2 UV lamps in the system. This active control allows you to minimize energy consumption while prolonging system and lamp life.
6 colors + White + Varnish
CMYKLcLm+W+V ink system now has Lc and Lm 2 extra colors to improve color accuracy, making the printed result more precise.
Scratch-Resistant Glass Vacuum Table (Aluminum optional)
The standard Nano 9 is built with a thick, anti-scratch and anti-corrosion glass table, making it easier to clean and test on. It also supports a full aluminum suction platform with strong air fans suitable for printing UV DTF film.
Double Hiwin linear guideways
The Nano 9 UV Flatbed Printer has a total of 8 premium Hiwin linear guide rails to ensure that printing movement is stable and precise. 2 on the X and Y axis and 4 on the Z axis.

Igus cable carrier
The German-made Igus Cable Track System runs smoothly and quietly, protecting the ink supply lines and cables during carriage movement and placement.
Printhead Locking Mechanisms
The new mechanical design locks and seals the printheads tightly, preventing them from drying and clogging, ensuring not only high quality prints but long machine lifespan.
Low Ink Alarm System
An accurate sensor placed inside each ink bottle tied to one of 8 indicator lights will inform you when ink starts running low. This simple system saves you time and money by minimizing the risk of ruining the current print through ink outage.
Waste Ink Bottle
The incorporated waste ink bottle is semi-transparent, so you can see the level of wasted ink and clean it when necessary, maintaining a tidy and smudge free work area.
Aluminum Rotary device
The Nano 9 also supports rotary printing with the help of a rotary device that supports containers with or without handles (such as mugs and water bottles) as well as tapered bottles (like tumblers). This system is quickly and easily installed and removed with a magnetic mechanism that will automatically lock it in place.
Embossing/Varnish Supported
Nano 9 is equipped for special prints such as embossing, and varnish / glossy prints.
