Viqua VH410 & VH410M Cobalt Series UV Water Sanitizer

The VIQUA VH410 and VH410M are compact whole-home ultraviolet water treatment systems designed for larger residential and light commercial point-of-entry applications. Engineered for flow rates up to 18 GPM (70 LPM) at 30 mJ/cm², these systems provide dependable chemical-free UV disinfection for homes, cottages, restaurants, offices, and other low- to moderate-flow installations.

As part of the VIQUA HOME family, both models combine a high-output UV lamp with a durable stainless steel chamber and user-friendly controller to deliver strong UV performance in a compact footprint. The monitored VH410M adds real-time UV intensity feedback through an integrated UV sensor and supports optional solenoid shutoff integration for applications that require an added level of operational protection.

The VH410M is the monitored version of the system, featuring an integrated UV sensor for real-time UV intensity monitoring. It also supports optional solenoid valve integration for applications that require automatic water shutoff if UV performance drops below the desired level.

Installation Notes

• Install on the cold water line only
• A 5-micron sediment filter should be installed ahead of the UV system
• The UV system should be the final piece of treatment equipment in the treatment train
• The chamber may be mounted vertically or horizontally; for horizontal installation, the outlet port should face upward
• The controller should be mounted above or beside the chamber and protected from water exposure
• A GFCI-protected outlet is recommended
• An optional bypass assembly can be added to simplify maintenance
• An optional temperature management valve may be used to help address hot water buildup during periods of no flow
