The Master Water Conditioning GPH810T5VH/4 Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a four pin on a single end 39 Watt germicidal water treatment bulb that has an arc length of 28.74" and a total length of 31.89". The UVC lamp has lamp wattage of 39 Watts and is constructed with ceramic as its base material. The UVC light bulb has a rated life of 10,000 hours after which we recommend that you replace the lamp bulb for better efficiency. The UVC lamp bulb is compatible for use with the following system models:

- MWC-E20
The UVC light technology helps in sterilizing bacteria, yeast, virus and protozoa. The light bulb emits a short wavelength of 253.7nm that reacts with the DNA of the microorganisms rendering them harmless and prevents them from reproduction. Water treatment using the UVC method requires no handling of chemicals and it does not need any specialized storage. The UVC treatment of water does not cause change in odor, taste, chemistry and pH of water. This method is a preferred method of water treatment from chemicals and their byproducts.
