This 250W entry-level handheld UV lamp is powerful enough and designed for fast and efficient UV curing in workshops, laboratories, and temporary or mobile setups. It is suitable for curing UV-curable materials, including glues (such as UV crystal, electronics adhesives, and film-free UV adhesives), inks, coatings, paints, oils, sealants, and resins. The unit can also be used for optical experiments, photocatalytic studies, aging tests, and academic or scientific research.

This model features a simple, integrated design with the power supply and lamp housed in a single unit for straightforward operation and portability. It operates on AC 120V / 60Hz and uses a high-pressure mercury UV lamp with an expected service life of approximately 500-600 hours under normal operating conditions.

Operation notes: After powering on, allow approximately 5 minutes for the lamp to reach optimal working condition. After shutdown, the lamp may not restart immediately due to residual heat; this is normal. Restart only after sufficient cooling.

Safety & maintenance: Always wear UV-protective eyewear and protective clothing during operation. Ensure proper grounding and adequate ventilation, especially for indoor use. Do not operate the unit if the cooling fan is abnormal. Avoid touching the lamp surface with bare hands during replacement; use clean gloves. Regularly clean the lamp and rotate it 180° periodically to help extend service life.
