Custom LED Curing Chamber 2 Light Sources - 385nm (400mm x 400mm x 400mm)

The Custom LED Curing Chamber is a compact ultraviolet curing system designed with dual 385 nm LED light sources for controlled exposure from both the top and bottom of the chamber. With lighting covering the entire top and bottom wall, the unit is built to provide consistent curing performance within a 400 mm × 400 mm × 400 mm chamber.

The system features even lighting across both LED arrays and delivers 150 mW/cm² at the tray at 100% power. An adjustable-height glass plate in the middle allows for flexible positioning during the curing process, while independent intensity control for the top and bottom light sources supports greater process control.
