Single Pin Double Ended - 75 Watt Germicidal Water Treatment Bulb
The Aqua Azul L-1-158 Replacement UVC Light Bulb is a 75 Watt germicidal water treatment bulb that is completely compatible with germicidal OEM water disinfection filters, UV sanitizers and ultraviolet water purifiers. Studies prove that germicidal light bulbs emit UV rays at short wavelengths that enable disinfection of water and destruction of microorganisms. This method alters the genetic composition of microorganisms and renders them harmless.
It is necessary to schedule the replacement of light bulbs annually in germicidal water treatment systems to ensure the efficiency of the system. These high-quality lamps have a length of 61.22 inches and give out a peak UV output of 185 nm that reacts with the genetics of microorganisms such as spores, bacteria and virus. These UV lamps are designed to work for 10,000 hours after which they may still emit light but may not be as effective as before.
