The Atlantic Ultraviolet 05-1366-R Replacement UVC Light Bulb is germicidal air, water and surface treatment bulb that is a 14 Watt bulb and has 4 pin on a single end. With a total length of 11.3" and an arc length of 8.86", this light bulb can work for up to 10,000 hours.
