The replacement quartz plate from CureUV is made using very high grade material to ensure that there is maximum UV transmission.  The main use of a quartz plate is that it provides a barricade between the substrate and the lamp. The quartz plate is used to filter out IR while allowing UV radiation to pass thru.  The quartz plate is subjected to strict quality control measures and is a generic OEM replacement.  CureUV’s quartz plate is resistant to extreme heat and has the feature of extremely low thermal expansion.
