Conveyor System

Application Unit
The application unit is composed of a protective cover, one rubber application roll, and one doctor roll, ensuring controlled and uniform coating distribution across the substrate surface.
Vertical movement of the application assembly is motorized and powered by a 0.37 kW motor with a geared reducer. The unit travels along precision dovetail guide rails to maintain stability and alignment during operation. A built-in height counter enables accurate positioning and repeatable setup for consistent coating thickness and production efficiency.
