The CureUV Triple Wavelength Purgeable UV Curing Box is a high-performance curing chamber designed for precise, consistent results across a wide range of UV-sensitive applications.
Unlike standard curing units, this system supports triple-wavelength operation, enabling advanced curing profiles and greater flexibility when working with UV adhesives, inks, varnishes, paints, and other light-sensitive materials. The unit can operate in single, dual, or triple wavelength modes.
Available wavelengths include 255 nm, 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, and 405 nm, providing over 25 configuration options for optimal curing performance across diverse substrates and formulations.
This system offers instant-on, cool-light operation with no warm-up time, making it ideal for heat-sensitive materials while reducing curing time and operational costs.
The nitrogen-purgeable chamber displaces oxygen within the cavity to improve curing quality, adhesion strength, and surface finish — all without exposing operators to the gas. Forced-air cooling ensures stable, continuous operation, and the optional rotary tray provides uniform coverage for complex shapes and coatings.
