Durst Rho 320R - UV Quartz Plate Replacement - 100% Compatible Clear Fused Quartz Plate
The Durst Rho 320R printer can produce 600 dpi down to 4-pt text. The step-adjustable UV lamps ensure proper ink curing even when on heat-sensitive media. It can accommodate roll diameters up to 17.7 in and has five-liter ink tanks that allow for extended print runs.
The Durst Rho 320R - UV Quartz Plate is a 100% compatible replacement part. This quartz plate is made of high purity quartz (over 99.95%) made by fusion of natural quartz crystals in an electrically heated furnace.
The clear fused UV plate is a generic OEM replacement and is subjected to strict quality control measure. A normal glass plate will not be able to withstand the high temperatures, which is why a quartz plate is used in UV replacement curing lamps. The quartz plate has the following dimensions:
- 14.25" x 4.3125" x 0.08 inches (362mm x 109mm x 2 mm)
