The Opsytec UV Curing Chamber BSM-03 is a high-performance solution for large-area UV curing, bonding, and surface treatment processes. This system, along with most Opsytec chambers, is quite unique in that it allows you to set a UV dosage for your application. Most other chambers only allow you to set an intensity level and time. The BSM-03 however, has an integrated radiometer (the UV-Mat) and automatically stops as soon as your desired dosage is reached no matter whether the medium pressure bulb is brand new or on its last legs, you get the correct dosage every time.

This chamber delivers irradiance up to 150 mW/cm², allowing most curing processes to be completed in just a few seconds. An internal shutter system, controlled by the UV-MAT, ensures accurate dosing while minimizing exposure time. Designed with operator safety in mind, the chamber can be safely loaded and unloaded even while the lamp remains on, thanks to a monitored shutter system and sliding sample support. The interior space (23.6 x 15.7 x 9.8 in) accommodates samples up to 44 lbs and maintains a stable temperature of approximately 113°F during operation. Its uniform irradiation field allows for flexible sample placement, ensuring reliable curing performance throughout.
