The Opsytec UV-LED Chamber BSL-02 is a versatile, high-performance irradiation system built with premium UV LED technology. Delivering irradiance levels up to 300 mW/cm², it enables fast, precise curing of most UV adhesives and coatings.

Compared to the traditional BS series, the BSL-02 provides approximately 40 times higher irradiance, allowing for extremely short exposure times. Featuring key UV LED advantages such as instant start, adjustable output, and long service life, the BSL-02 is perfectly suited for laboratory testing and manual production environments. The irradiance can be adjusted between 2% and 100%, and the integrated timer ensures precise exposure control.

For even greater accuracy, the chamber supports calibrated UVA+ sensors, while the integrated UV-MAT and UV-MAT Touch control units manage automatic dose regulation. Using an optional sensor, the system continuously measures irradiance and stops exposure when the preset dose is reached.

Multiple wavelength options are available—365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm, and 450 nm. Optionally, two wavelengths can be controlled independently, allowing customization for specific photoinitiator requirements. Two performance versions are offered:

  • 0 to 300 mW/cm² (HO version)
  • 0 to 200 mW/cm² (ECO version)

Thanks to the low heat output of UV LEDs, the sample chamber maintains a stable temperature of about 104 °F (40 °C), minimizing thermal stress and damage. High uniformity across the irradiated area allows samples to be placed freely within the chamber.

Despite its compact footprint, the chamber provides ample internal space, with a floor area of 18.1 x 12.6 in (46 x 32 cm) and a height of 9.8 in (25 cm). The fully enclosed and safety-monitored design ensures complete operator protection from UV radiation.
